It has been a very mild December, and winter thus far, and Stella and I have taken advantage of every minute of it. Winter here is usually very rainy and dreary, making it hard to go outside and play.
Stella is blessed with copious amounts of energy, something that will serve her well in life, but during the wintertime, it makes it a little tough. For everyone.
On this particular outing to the park, Stella decided to climb to the top of a rope structure, which happens to look like the Eiffel Tower:

It scared me to death that she was climbing so high, and my squeals and covered eyes seemed to only egg her on. She climbed to the top many times, each time trying to get higher.
We had come to this park in the spring and Stella was only able to climb on the bottom rung, with help. Funny how a few months, some new-found strength, and a little confidence can make all the difference.
Looks like rock climbing is in our future!
